Grease Fittings Location and How Many

DogRunner, you are absolutely correct! There is one on each side, pointing forward toward the shock absorber. I kept looking for them to face rearwards.

Here is a pic of mine on the drivers side.

I would take another picture for you rangerrappo, but my polaris is currently at my deer lease.

Maybe this will help:

In the picture above, I am looking over the top of the left rear tire, behind the shock is the fitting.

Or, look at the polaris from the rear, and you will see the sway bar above the lower a-arms, in between the tires. This bar attaches to the frame on each side through a semi-circular clamp with a rubber bushing inside. The clamps are attached to a rectangular plate on the frame, and on this plate are the fittings, pointing toward the front of the polaris.
