I have a 2015 ranger 1000xp
Fuel pump not coming on during start. Jumped pump with 12v and runs fine. Replaced relay, ignition switch, fuses, tmap sensor, and ecu. Still no joy. Can’t see any chewed wires. Any ideas? Looking for wiring diagram to see if ecu is sending signal to relay to engage?

I have a RZR of similar vintage, I don't think the ECU is involved with the fuel pump power. Are you sure you checked all the fuses? I'm pretty sure the fuel pump is powered by key on power. It's probably worth the cost of a service manual to get the wiring diagram to verify. Also don't forget to check grounds.

We have a service manual available. Please email us and we will send you a copy.

In 2015 rangers (gas) were made up to 900xp.
the 1000 was either deisel or RZR.

say it is 900....

Forcing 12v through the pump seem to work but are you getting the correct resistance throught the pump?

Pin 3 is your battery positive.
it goes to the fuse/relay.
I would check all relays (they can be tested) and all fuses.

Pin 4 is your frame ground.
That ground connector to frame has 8 wires. I would make sure that connection is clean and or no broken wires.

Good luck!
