You would have to contact a Polaris dealer to replace. For what the replacement would cost, you might try finding someone that does car or boat upholstery, you would end up with a better (more durable) product.

Personally, I would just slap a good seat cover on it.

Auto Parts stores sell vinyl repair kits that work well.

 

I did a search on the internet for "How much does a dealer charge for a replacement seat?", and I came up with this.

 

Can you just remove the staples and replace the vinyl fabric like a golf cart? Is it a fitted piece of material?

 

Why not take it to an auto upholstery shop? They can make new covers for any seat.
