Well the sorrow of selling my beloved 2014 900XP was short lived. I picked up this 2021 Ghost White Northstar Ultimate. 685 miles and it also came with a VERY lightly used Polaris glacier pro 6’ poly snow blade. I’ve only driven it a couple miles and all I can say is I love it. View attachment 33839

what did that run you if you don’t mind

Changed the oil. First run with Amsoil.

Installed the 45 gallon utv sprayer in the bed so the boy could spray some food plots this weekend. Hooked up the wireless on/off setup from Fimco (which is about as simple as it could be). Appears it will be pretty slick.

Edit. Forgot the main thing i did was to set the max speed at 3 mph based on the application rate my son wanted. For that I was limited to reducing the seat belt limit speed down to 3 from 14 or 15. Initially the machine overshoots to about 5-6 mph then power is reduced and holds at 3. So with the seat belt on speeds are normal and when its time to spray unbuckle…at least from the driver latch. When he is done i will reload the normal program back in the machine with my Dynojet programmer.

she's a beaut Clark!!!
can you guess what movie that line is from?

Just about finished up (for now) with my new to me 2019 XP900 that was pretty much like new when I got it (with less than 40 miles). New nerf bars installed, installed Dynojet PV3, installed new battery, changed out oil/filter and coolant. Added a Kolpin glass windshield, Kolpin poly roof, rear view mirror, greased the wheel bearings as well as every zerk fitting (and put plastic caps over the fittings to keep debris out and make next time easier), and installed gunboot carrier in the bed.

Still need to change out front and rear diff fluids and install my Polaris 4500 winch. I will wait until it cools down before messing with the winch, will do the fluids in the next few weeks and then I am pretty much done for the summer. I will be reading to hunt this fall.

Got the fluid changed out in the front diff and rear trans with Polaris fluids yesterday. When I bought my 19 XP900 it had only about 40 hours on it. Now it has close to 70 but the magnetic plug had a thick layer of “metal sludge” on it. Not shavings but very fine metals. I thought with such low hours I would not find much. The front one had barely anything on it. Now I just need to get the winch installed.

that's totally normal wear!

I took the side nets off and gave it a nice wash after going swimming (literally).

The wife forgot to clip in the side net after helping me move a large log that was blocking the trail,
what a great excuse to get real doors now!
