install one 51v 105ah ECO battery. About same range as Lead acid. I know of at least a View attachment 31255
dozen of these installed in the ranger with no issues. Install 2 if ant more range.
BoilerMkr,

I purchased the EGO kit and have my old batteries out. 2 questions:

1). The kit includes a 48 v to 12v transformer. Do I need it? I have concluded no but want to be 100% sure.
2). There was a small wire
connected to the positive terminal in the center on the driver’s side. Not sure what to do with it.

Thanks in advance!

You can not use the DC converter as the Tanger already has a Sevcon DC converter. Just connect positive cables from lithium same as if they were lead. If you have a need for 11v accessoike light bars or sprayers that is over 10amps you could connect it. Hang on to it you may need to replace the Sevcon one day. It’s about 300 dollars. The two wires I would just tape and zip tie them out if the way. One is dash battery charging indicator which you won’t use anymore since you are using lithium charger. The other is for buss bar 12v constant that is rarely used. Tape off also. There is one on driver and passenger side
